Thank you for visiting Houston Candle Company. The following information is VERY IMPORTANT and we ask that you please read.
Currently our order processing time is 2-3 weeks from when the order is paid for. We will update this time frame as needed so please check each time you place an order. Orders are made as they are ordered. This is part of the reason why orders take a little time to process.
*****Orders must be at least $150. If your order is less than that, it will be canceled. This is a wholesale site for retailers. Each item and scent must be ordered in 2's please.
SUPPLY AVAILABILITY
We are still having issues with supplies. Although it is not as often as it was, we do still occasionally have delays in getting dough bowls, glass candle vessels and certain scent oils. We apologies and want you to have your product as quickly as possible. I we are working diligently daily to assure we have a steady supply. We ask for your patience during this frustrating time.
SHIPPING
Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you a separate invoice for your shipping of your order. Most of the time we ship UPS because we get pretty good rates.
TO BECOME A WHOLESALER
To purchase our product at wholesale prices, please click on the SHOP tab at the top of the page. Then create account. Once you have created an account click on the WHOLESALE TAX FORM tap at the top of the page. Download the form and email it to Derek@houstoncandle.com. Once we receive the completed and signed form, we will activate your account to place an order. Don't worry, you only have to do this once but it is required by the state of Texas. If you are out of state, we still need you to fill out the form and sign and return.
